In this challenging year 2008; places
are limited because of only 1 Easter week (4day) and 2 summer
week's availability must be based on the first come and first paying the deposit, so don't delay. We will help you select the extras and discuss with you the options for the mid-week activity evening, the overnight camp (over 8's only) and the BBQ and Disco evening. Early bookings do get the best offers as well as the dates and holiday of your choice.
Offers: The first
50 bookings, in any one of the weeks, will receive a combined
discount for booking 2 of three extras e.g. activity evening
and camp or activity evening and disco. Also anyone booking
an Easter and a Summer week will receive a £10 discount on
the second holiday break.

Copies of any booking confirmation or duplicate paperwork will incur an administration charge of £10.00 per item requested. Any bounced cheque or an account left unsettled after the balance due date will automatically incur a £25.00 charge. All outstanding balances on accounts must be fully paid before we can accept a child at camp.

Please note, we reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £15 in respect of any changes made to booking details after the initial booking has been confirmed. Changes to the holiday start date will automatically incur an administration charge if the changes are made after the full balance has been paid. Bookings which include Extras can only be transferred if availability remains on both the date you are changing from and the new date you have chosen. No refunds will be available if any of these elements are cancelled.

All children's personal property is
their own responsibility unless loss or damage is proven to be
due to AAHLtd negligence. They will be allocated a numbered peg
in the changing room which will be monitored during the times
children attend the area and secured, as much as possible, at
other times. However, if anything is missing when your son or
daughter leaves Camp, please let the Admin Office know about
it right away as there may still be time to find it before Camp
closes down at the end of the season.
Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, CD players, Walkmans,
personal video games, mobile phones, designer clothes/shoes/trainers,
etc., should not be brought to camp as they are often unnecessary
and inappropriate on an adventure activity holiday and are not
covered on our insurance cover.

All children must have a proficiency statement from parents or guardians to say that their children can swim 25 meters should the need be required. If this proficiency level has not been attained the child will not participate in main water activities despite the fact that there will be lifeguards and team leaders with them at all times.

We reserve the right to exclude or
refuse any person at any time, prior to and during a holiday
if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general
well-being of the camp. Children must be collected within 4 hours
of Parent/guardian being notified of the exclusion. Any additional
costs involved, including transportation home, will be at the
parent's expense, & no
refund of the holiday cost will be made.

In the unlikely event that a child experiences a problem or difficulty
while at camp, the matter should be reported immediately to:
1. The Company Principal who has the authority and direct knowledge
to deal with most queries.
2. If he or she fails to resolve
the difficulty to your satisfaction, then write to us at our
Head Office within 10 days of your child leaving camp. We will
only compensate complaints that can be substantiated following
investigation and providing both these conditions are met.

We accept responsibility for personal injury and for loss and damage generally, but only if caused by the proven negligence of the company or its employees. We do not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control. These include (but not exclusively) force majeure events such as strikes, bad weather, war, etc. and injury, loss or damage that may occur while we are using third parties or subcontractors.
